All flights will need to arrive at Denver International Airport (DEN). There will only be ONE shuttle run for arrivals. Shuttle time for August 2nd is 1:00pm. Shuttle times on August 9th will be 5:00am and 8:00am. All attendees will need to depart by 10:00am on August 9th

If my dancer is under 16, airline carriers have different guidelines for travel. I acknowledge that I have researched my dancer's specific age needs and have made the proper arrangements with the airline.

Our staff will book all shuttle services for each student. This travel form is necessary for us to make those arrangements. All shuttle fees will be paid by The Woodshed Experience. All flight forms must be submitted by June 1st or shuttle service cannot be provided through Woodshed.

The Woodshed Experience and its associates are not liable for the shuttle service or its drivers. If student elects to use the shuttle service provided by Woodshed, student and parent/guardian hold all staff and volunteers harmless.
