The Aspen Dining Room:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served every day in an all-you-can-eat buffet-style dining hall. Start your day with fresh fruit and hot breakfast options. Lunch and dinner offer a fresh salad bar with healthy toppings and a wide variety of great entrees. Don’t forget to stop by the dessert table and taste our baker’s homemade goodies!
Buffet meals include salad bar, entrees, dessert and beverages.

The Rustic Cafe:
Located in the Administration Building, the Rustic Café is a perfect place to grab a bite to eat before heading out for a hike or taking in the views! We serve a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack items. Wake up early and sip a fresh cup of coffee. Grab a sandwich and snacks to-go. Indulge in homemade specialty desserts, cookies, fudge and fresh baked goods from our bakery!
Order a fresh made pizza from Y’s Guys Pizza at the Rustic Cafe. We offer traditional selections of toppings plus specialty pizzas including the Flat Top Cheese Pizza, The Samson Veggie and more. Typically, there are enough allergen free items for any person with any set of allergies to eat, but if something additional is needed, guests are able to ask for an “allergy plate” from the Cashier in the Aspen Dining Room. This plate is typically a grilled chicken breast, steamed vegetables, and rice or potatoes (depending on the allergy). If there are additional questions or more specific dietary needs, please contact our Food Service Department at 970-586-3341, ext. 1128.
Individual peanut butter packets are available at every meal for guests; we typically do not cook with tree or peanuts, however, if they are in a dish, it will be labeled. Any seafood or shellfish would be easily identifiable and labeled as well.
*We are not an allergen free facility; the risk any guest takes eating here is the same risk they’d take at any other restaurant or dining facility. We work hard to ensure cross contamination does not occur, however, we do have a bakery attached to our kitchen (for those with gluten/wheat issues). Of course, we also follow good practices with these items like hand washing, glove changing, and washing of utensils/cutting boards etc.
