I acknowledge that I am participating in activities at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park on my own volition. I hold harmless all staff of The Woodshed Experience. If under 18, I acknowledge that I am the parent or guardian in granting consent and acknowledgement. A listing of descriptions of activities can be found on the website.

Participant Agreemenet

By typing my name below (parent's name if participant is under 18), I agree to the following: I acknowledge I am participating in the activities of The Woodshed Experience (produced by RIFF Dallas, LLC) on my own accord. Pending any incidents or injury, I release RIFF Dallas and all it’s locations from liability. I grant RIFF Dallas, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designees (collectively “RIFF Dallas”) non-revocable permission to capture my image and likeness to photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other medial (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that RIFF Dallas will own such Images and further grant them permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to RIFF Dallas business, including without limitations, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by RIFF Dallas prior to its use. I forever release and hold RIFF Dallas harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitations, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
